Mr. C. Bernard FulpChairman & CEO, GoBizSolutions, Inc. C. Bernard Fulp brings more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry to his role as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GoBizSolutions, Inc. Mr. Fulp led the organization of Middlesex Bank & Trust, a de novo bank established in 1997, and served as its Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer until its acquisition by Associated Community Bancorp, Inc. He presently serves as the President of The Orren Company, Inc., a provider of financial services for small businesses. Fulp is widely recognized for his expertise in bank operations, commercial lending, and trust and investment services, and for his success in business development. In the past decade, his primary focus has been on serving the financial needs of growing companies, small business owners and other executives, as well as professional and high net worth clients. For more than 20 years, Fulp was affiliated with Bank of New England - now part of Fleet Bank - most recently as Executive Vice President and Private Banking Division Head at Bank of New England. During his long association with the bank, Fulp also served as Senior Vice President for the Commercial Banking Division, Emerging Middle Market Group, where he managed a group of leaders charged with providing banking services to growing and privately held companies. A thirty-three year resident of Newton, Massachusetts, Fulp is active in business and community affairs and public service. He serves on the Board of Trustees of Lesley University, the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross of Massachusetts Bay, the Board of Directors of The Ron Burton Foundation and the Board of Directors of GoDec., a software company. He has served on the Suffolk University School of Management Advisory Council, the US Small Business Administration's Regional Advisory Council, the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Small Business Committee, and the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts. Fulp is graduate of the Program for Management Development (PMD) at Harvard University's Graduate School of Business Administration and he earned a Master of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut. Fulp holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Winston-Salem State University where he was named to Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities. |
